ONLINE ORDERS
(a) By purchasing an item or service online from Earth & Magick Spiritual Gifts, you agree to pay the amount given in full within 14 days. If the payment cannot be made at all, you must call and cancel your order within 14 days of online purchase or your order will be processed and you will not be eligible for a refund. Please note you are welcome to return any purchased item in its original condition for a store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

(a) Online Readings: When purchasing reading(s) online, the buyer must have a valid e-mail address to receive the reading(s). Upon purchasing, e-mail your questions along with your full name and address to: info@earthandmagick.com. This information will only be used for identifying you and your order. We will not spam you or give your information to a third party. If you do not e-mail your questions within 7 days of purchase, or you cannot be contacted, you will only qualify for a 75% refund of the total purchase, upon request. Earth & Magick Spiritual Gifts, its affiliates, or employees will not be held responsible for any kind of damage(s) which may result from this purchase and/or service. The psychic(s) represented in store or online are wholly independent from Earth & Magick Spiritual Gifts. Earth & Magick Spiritual Gifts, its employees, or affiliates will not be held liable for any use, or misuse of any information given from the reading and otherwise. Nor will the parties mentionned be held liable for anything which may result from the reading(s) or the information given from the reading(s) or otherwise. Earth & Magick Spiritual Gifts, its affiliate(s), or employee(s) will not be held responsible for any kind of damage(s) which may result from the purchase and/or service. The Reiki master(s) represented in store or online are wholly independent from Earth & Magick Spiritual Gifts. Earth & Magick Spiritual Gifts, its employee(s), or affiliate(s), as well as the Reiki Master(s) responsible for the purchase(s) and/or service(s), will not be held liable for any use, or misuse of any information or items given from the service(s) and otherwise. Earth & Magick Spiritual Gifts, its employee(s), or affiliate(s), as well as the certified hypnotherapist(s) responsible for the purchase(s) and/or service(s), will not be held liable for any use, or misuse of any information or items given from the service(s) and otherwise. Nor will the parties mentioned be held liable for anything which may result from the purchase(s) and/or service(s) or the information given from the purchase(s) and/or service(s) or otherwise. Earth & Magick Spiritual Gifts, its affiliate(s), or employee(s) will not be held liable for anything which may result from any information, product(s), and/or service(s) given or purchased through advertisement, or otherwise, in store, online, or otherwise.
(b) Earth & Magick Spiritual Gifts is not affiliated with the business(es), or individual(s) held in any advertisement(s) in store, online, and/or otherwise.
(c) By advertising through Earth & Magick Spiritual Gifts in store, online, or otherwise, you agree that any advertisement presented will be free of racial comments, discrimination, cursing, pornography, or any other offensive material. Furthermore, a fee of $50 will be charged to the individual(s) and/or business(es) respnisible for the inapropriate advertisement which will be due within one calandar month from the date of the offence. If the full amount is not paid within this time period, an iterest rate of 20% will be added to the amount due. This information or fee(s) are subject to change at any time without notice. By advertising with Earth & Magick Spiritual Gifts in any form, you acknowledge and agree that you, the advertiser, or your business(es) are not affiliated with Earth & Magick Spiritual Gifts; as such, you are not covered by the terms and conditions listed herein. CONSIGNMENT
(a) Acceptance: We accept items to be placed for sale at Earth & Magick Spiritual Gifts in store, online, or other forms by eligible candidates. Eligible candidates must fill out a form available upon approval.
RETURN POLICY
(a) Exchange within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase accompanied by the original receipt, for another item or store credit. Item must be in its original state. Sorry, no refunds.
(b) Gift Receipts: Exchange within date stated on receipt, for another item or store credit. Must be accompanied with the original gift receipt to be eligible for an exchange. Sorry, no refunds. Gift receipts are valid one year from purchase date of the gift receipt. After said date, they are expired and can no longer be used; this is not negotiable. Gift receipt(s) are only valid if the paty/parties who use it agree to the terms and condition, and privacy policy on this page.
DAMAGES
(a) If you break or damage an item in store, you must pay for it in full. We accept cash, debit, Visa, American Express, and Mastercard.
(b) If you purchase an item and it becomes damaged, we are not responsible, and you will not be eligible for an exchange, refund, or store credit. We are not responsible for any item(s) once it leaves the store. Sorry.
